I have tried to call but phone said you can't make this call . .
I am stuck in the assembly as I have parts which are bad the A8 and P2 parts are bad holes are wrong shape or will not fit over what is to go into that spot !

Could you tell me what your printer type is ?the order number ? And take some pictures about the bad parts.
