Bad printings

Hi guys
I try to configure my prusa i3 c printer . After many many settings changes this is what i get.
Letter k and a dice...
And these are my slic3r settings. Extruder multiplier is quite big but if i lower it , it becomes worst (with these settings) .
What do you suggest to change?
