I set everything ready to the printing, then the printing starts, but the material is not sticking to the surface. It just grows around the extruder. I cleaned the surface properly with alcohol, I set the gap between the extruder and the plate correctly.
Do I need a piece of glass on it? In the description it is said that "Super-flat aluminum alloy print surface for better adherence". So I guess there is no need to glass.

How about use some spray on the bed? and the temperature 65for PLA, try it. And you can buy a glass, it's more useful I think.

About what kind of spray are you speaking?
For sure: greasing, adhesive, cleaning, anti-mosquito, body deodorant?

The best will be to hear particular name of spray and of manufacturer.

Sorry for beeng so perisher: PVAL and PVLA is common mistakes, written on cans. It does not matter - there are the same we are speaking about, - water based glue.
My question is about Spray: this glue is common in liquid form, but I never saw it in spray. It matter: while spray distributes on surface more eventually, the liquid form may lead to too thin layer problem, not it?

Don't worry about that, it will not affect the thickness of the layers, and it helps the filament to stick to the bed easily.
