I am hearing a intermittent ticking sound during my prints. Am using a Me Creator. What is wrong?

I was running the hotend at 185. It seemed to extrude well. I guess i have to try it at 190+.

Did some trouble shooting it appears that the click comes from the y axis. The click happens when the motor is rotated. This occurs even when the motor is off. Is this related to the physical linkages?

how about change the Y motor to the other axis such as X axis, would this happen to X axis?
