Many Problems with Hardware - Now Can't Print

I have an I3 Pro C Dual Extruder Printer. I have had many issues getting it to work at all. Now I have it all working manually. When I load a print job, slice it, and tell it to run, the motion seems correct, but nothing is heating up so nothing is extruding. Am I missing a step somewhere? I've been working on this for a couple of months and I'm getting frustrated. I'm ready to send the whole thing back.
