The voltage of the motor driver

Hi everyone ....
I am testing my new Prusa I3 M201 and everything goes well ... I have checked the Voltage for the motor drivers and note that it is for all drivers (3.2 V). Please see attached pictures. Is this good value or it should be 5.0 V as mentioned in the picture ? If not how to adjust the Voltage ?
Moreover, I have set the Driver voltage between the Potentiometer and GND to 1.0 V because I was facing problem with the rotation on Z-axis and it works fine now ... but I have noticed that the other Driver voltage for X, and Y are 0.5 V . Do I have to set them to 1.0 V or leave them as they are ? knowing that they work normally without any noise or trouble).
