Remove/Change the PTFE lining from hot end (i3X)

Hello!
I have an I3X. It worked fine for 2 months (I managed to print 1kg of PLA). Now filament is not flowing fast enough. Look at the picture. I is very good for 2/3 of the print then all broke loose
. I have removed the nozzle and tried to clean it. While doing so, I manage to break the PTFE inside the rod. Some say I can push it out but so far no success. Is there a hollow screw in the rod ?
For the original problem, is it possible that some dirt cooked inside the nozzle preventing it from heating the filament properly ?I say this because originally when I was installing new filament, it was very easy to push it through the nozzle (while heated). Now I have to push hard.
