Horrible print quality please help me

Hi I purchased an Acryllic Prusa i3 Pro B all metal version and I have been having a horrible experience trying to get it to print.
The PLA that was shipped with the printer will not print at all. It just clogs the nozzle and makes a mess. It doesn't stick to the bed either.
I purchased a spool of ABS to see if that would work better. It did. The ABS doesn't clog the nozzle, and it sticks to the bed. However, the print quality is pretty awful. I get terrible z banding, this I think is due to the prominent wobble on the z axis lead screws it seems they don't align properly with the stepper shafts. Also i get skipped layers, misaligned layers, holes in top and bottom layers and as the printer gets higher up the z axis the misalignment causes it to miss spots on smaller details.
I've tried different speed settings, I've leveled the bed with a dial gauge and I've tried to align the couplings for the z steppers but nothing seems to help.I've tried different temperatures from 185 to 230 for the extruder and from 50 to 95 for the bed (in 2 degree increments )
Please see the attached pictures for reference.
Please help me sort thsee issues out.
Regards Espen
