Nozzle and bed aren't heating up

So I just got my Prusa i3 M201 in the mail a week ago and I am having a problem. When I first got the printer running, the nozzle and the bead heat up perfectly; but after fixing other issues, they won't heat up anymore. On the display it shows what temperature the bed and the nozzle are trying to reach, but neither are heating up at all. I'm not sure if I screwed something up on the board my firmware is screwed up somehow, I am concerned. I have also tried looking up new versions of the firmware, but I can't find where to download them or how. The firmware on the printer is currently 1.0.2.

what's the previous problems? did you do something wrong? maybe the wires are loose or what? and you can check out this link to look into the heating problem, they are quite the same, just note your main power is 24V and the mainchip voltage is 3.3V not 5V:

And the firmware is here:

All the wires are connected correctly and snugly. I messed around with it and found out when I hold the knob down, the lights for the bed and the hottend turn on and they both heat up. A previous problem I had with the printer was that the voltage wasn't set right for the stepper motors, so I adjusted them. I also upgraded the software for the printer to 1.0.4 and the problem wasn't fixed. I must have done something wrong somewhere, hopefully I can figure it out.
I am currently at the Midwest Rep Rap Festival in Elkhart, IN and I got some people to help me out; they said that it was a problem with the firmware. I tried downloading downloading the 1.0.3 version, but that doesn't work either. IF ANYONE has a prusa i3 M201 that works, please reply with the firmware you use. I would really appreciate it.
