Hi, i have big problems with the slicer settings.. can anyone help me a step further?

my filement is 1,75mm ABS-B
my nozzle is 0,2 and i have the m201 with two extruders printer.
I have loaded a print into repetier, and set the temperature to 240 for the hotend and heatbed to 100, but when i have sliced it and starts printing the temperature is adjusted and the printer moves around, but nothing is been printed..
if i preheat and manually feed the filement it going through the nozzle..

I think it is the slic3r settings, can anyone help me with this?

I with he same problem with the m201
I have slicer update to the last one with Repetier-Host 1.6.1

any one have the zip setting to the m201 please?

I absolute gave up now with this setting
