Strange behavior by printing (ozzing or jams?)

Hi All,
i am an new bee here and try to optimize my prusa i3x.
I adjusted retraction length settings from 2 to 10 and reduced speed to 50 but it has no positive impact on quality.
Do you have some ideas? How can I adjust the settings of slic3r? What parameters / What is is good increment step (e.g. +5 +10)

retraction length too big, usually 3-4mm is enough, and speed 40-50 is fine. I have a config settings for you here, see if it helps:
