Nozzel is not heating up

I finished building and calibrating my Prusa I3 M201, but when I start a progran the Nozzle won't heat up. if I turn nozzle 2 on manualy in Pepetier it works but not if I run a program

there should be only one nozzle. if your wirings are all right, please check this post first.

I think i didn't explaine myself good enough. I am capable of heating on the nozzle, but only if I go into repetier-host manual controls and turn on nozzle two, see attachments. but when I run a program it tries too heat up nozzle 1 which does not work

did you choose t extruders in printer setting and also please check your slicing, you need to set for two extruders too
