Hello
. I have received today the Geeetech prusa I3 A Pro 3D printer DIY kit, (Order NO:##############) build it all good. // this part retracted// The big problem I have now is the y stepper motor just vibrates instead on moving in any directions. I have switched stepper motor from the x axis and it does not work either. anything connected to the y axis channel just vibrate. I have searched the forums and tried the fol:
- I reversed the wires at the control board (GT2560) and every stepper motor that is connected to the Y step does the same thing. I have read and followed the link: http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 17&t=17038.
- all voltage on the step drivers are adjusted correctly
- I have switched step drivers boards (x for y..) and always the x axis is vibrating instead of moving.
- I have checked and all the jumpers are installed.
- I have uploaded the firmware successfully ( http://www.geeetech.com/forum/viewtopic ... 20&t=17181 )
- Voltage set to 110V correctly.
I have tried everything I could think of. I hope you can help me fix this problem. I really want this to work.
I am not sure if the main board (GT2560) is defective?
Please advise.
Thank you and have a great day.
Reg
