Prusa i3 PRo b Problems screen and firmware

Hi!
I bought a Prusa i3 pro b and after it assembled turned on and off a few times with no problems, now appeared on the screen blacks rectangles, I searched on the forum and I read that it could be a firmware error, I downloaded the correct firmware and Arduino 1.0.1 I followed the guide but when I upload it appears the error timeout on pc.
what can I do?
