Hello, I just finished assembling the I3 pro B 3D Printer kit. During the test I realized that the filament do not feed and there is no friction on it. The extruder motor works fine and rotate in the correct direction. So I decided to remove the fan and I realized tha the idler wheel is absent !!!! In that condition the gear have no contact with the filament. I need to solve the problem . Thanks.

Hi,
But it seems there is a idler wheel inside the extruder according to the picture you attached...

In the PIC 1 is evident that tere isn't any wheel. What you indicate it's a small reflex. As you can see on the picture I take from manual, the idler wheel it's bigger.

But it did has the idler wheel...see the picture i attached.
Besides, the gap between the gear and the idler wheel in your extruder is too large for the filament to be pulled down...You can contact the seller for a replacement i think.
