Nonfunctional power supply Prusa i3 pro X

Hello,

after getting my Prusa i3 pro X DIY kit, I tested the function of the power supply before doing the wiring of the components.
As an electrical engineer, I measured first the power supply AC voltage (which is 230V AC) under no connected DC load. The power supply didn't switch its green LED on, so I measured the DC output voltage and got a display of Zero Volt.
I also double checked the voltage selection switch to be set to 220V.
I repeated the measurements with the heatbed connected as load test, but the power supply also didn't work and I measured Zero Volt at the DC side.
I also tried to adjust the output voltage using the voltage adjust potentiometer, but this also didn't work.
For the measurements see the attached pictures (AC main voltage measurement, DC voltage measurement under no load and DC voltage measurement under Load).

Here are the pictures of my measurements:
AC main voltage measurement under no load condition, it remains the same when measured with load.

I ask for your advice.
Thanks.
