I have a lot of Problems with the extruder. After the buying he doesn't work.
He makes sounds like Clogging.

I have checked the Inliner thats was not ok but a correct doesn't fix the problem

it stops an need more pressure at normal extruding.
more pressure isn't possible because the arm was on max psosition and with more waschers i dont can mount the spring.
The nozzle isn't clogged. i hav make the test like (viewtopic.php?f=19&t=17097)

It looks like if i forund the Problem.

The pin wich is the axle from the Bearing in the Eeder wich is pressing the filament to the gear is broken. i have it provisionally replaced by an Screw and it looks like if it works yet.
But the screw is not a long term solution.
