Extruder doesn't work at first use

Good Morning,
I Built my 3D printer yesterday and tryed to make a first test last night. But i had an issue with extruder motor. the filament don't advance in the extruder. i read forums and test some changes to solve this problem. In firt step i tested to make the motor rotate with the LCD command. that didn't worked. in second time i changed the motor connection and plug it to X axis command. when i tried to command the engine with X axis the motor worked (he vibrate but filament don't advance). i tried the second plug for extruder (i changed plug connection and microcard place to test extruder 2) but the motor didn't works.
Could you help me about the breakdown ?
I don't know if it is a software / firmware error or card breakdown.
