Hi Everyone,

I am new to Rostock 301, built one recently and works with home button connected with laptop. However when I started to test on heatbed, the LCD went blank and the heatbed was not heated up, this was the same when I tried to heat up the extruder as well. Could anyone please help to give me some advice where should I look into?

Check the temp for extruder and heatbed on LCD when your power your printer on,and they won't heat up unless the temp for them is "room temperature/0".
Maybe you can attach a picture of that.
And if you didn't get the temp above,then it may be some mounting errors on the thermistors of them.
