Radial fan problem MeCeator2

Hi , I have a new MeCreator 2 and I'm having trouble getting the radial fan working . The fan works fine but it doesn't turn on during a print, Even if I select fan always on in slic3r or using repeatier-host. Any suggestions would be appreciated,

All other functions work by sending Gcode directly to the printer, except fan.
I've removed the fan and tested it and also checked the connections

Hi,could you take video about the situation that fan don't work?I think the port of fan in the Extruder development board may need to be resoldered.

No sense making a video. Its quite simple the Radial fan of which there is one, is not working. Do you have a schematic of the GT2560 Rev B so I can check it ?
I'm going to send this printer back for a refund ,
