Controlling stepper motors with GT2560 Part 2

Hello All-
Ok. So, I figured out the temperature limit thing and I can even make the board "talk" to the stepper motors now, but they just "vibrate" a few degrees each direction. I'm not getting the nice smooth motion you would expect.
I chose the GT2560 board because I figured it would be easy to drive the steppers since I have the same board on two of my Geeetech 3D Printers. However, there must be something in the firmware related to "3D Printing" that is causing the steppers to behave like this. I have wired the steppers the exact same way they are wired on my other 3D Printers.
Does anyone have firmware that would just drive a stepper motor with the GT2560? Also, the pin-out numbers?
Thank you!
Brad
