What does it mean that it ignores the endstops of the x+z axis ?do the light of the endstops of x+z axis turn on when hotbed reaches the endstops of x+z axis,or you provide a video with your issue so that I can make it clear.

i also have this kind of problem ! my problem is on X and Y i am using a LJ12A3-4-Z/BX Inductive Sensor Switch NPN on Z that is working fine.. X and Y can be at the end stop and still try to hit stop belt and motor clicking because it is at stop it is like it is ignoring the stops.
if i do a M119 it shows that stop are triggered when hit and if i move off the stops it shows the stops are open so i know the stops are working right
if i set printer on stop and tell it to print something is will try to home clicking away but the is will move to start point and print but i can not home at all
need help here do not know where are how to fix this i have changes all stops and even a new main board as my guess is software i have d/l new and still have this problem HELP please

Maybe you could update your firmware first , and click the endstop manually even the axis is on the way to home which prove the endstop is ok.

You can use the M119 Gcode check the endstop normal or not
