Hi friend;
The USB cable connected to the Arduino Fio is just for power supply .Like Arduino Pro Mini, You need a FTDI breakout board for Fio to upload sketch.

Hi. When I connect my FIO using USB, he doesn't have tension of 3,3 V. The Regulator non ofrnece this tension for the circuit.
Is the mistake in the regulator?

Sorry for the mistake, the mini usb connector is only for battery charging,so the Arduino Fio can be powered with FTDI breakout board on the six pin headers,
or with regulated 3.3V supply on 3V3 pin or a Lithum polymer battery on BAT pins

I Have another FIO (sparkfun) and when I tie the mini USB the led CHG (charger) is on. In your FIO. the led is extinguished.
I measured with my mutímetro and in the pin of 3,3 V doesn't have any voltage.
Leaning that should be some problem in the connections or in the regulator of 5 V for 3,3 V.
Does he/she have as I solve that?

Hi friend,
You can try to test it with 3.3 voltage from UNO or your another Fio on 3V3 pin using jumper wires.

Do you have the component code of regulator voltage? I will get the datasheet for studing
