i3 Pro B Extruder calibration

I have been trying to calibrate my extruder.. I finally got the filament moving smoothly with no skipping.
I am editing Marlin firmware steps_per_unit , but it seems no matter what value I put in, the same amount is being extruded.
I'm using Repetier Host manual control - 50mm extrude with the single arrow - I am thinking this speed is constant and not connected to the steps_per_unit in firmware.
I have tried values of 100-1000 in firmware, it always seems to extrude ~100mm when I tell it to do 50 on manual control.
How do I extrude at the speed set in the firmware?

Hello!
I tried to do this but I made 3 times 100mm pushing and in thoses 3 cases I had 3 very different results...
1st I got 73 mm filament movement
2nd 69.3mm
3rd 77.5mm
So 3 very differen results
Is this normal? What this values man? Under extrusion?
I used pla with 215°c extruding temperature
Can you help please?
Thanks

You should calibrate X, Y, Z step per mm
You can refer to this video

X Y and Z are calibrated with that method
But for the extruder is complicated. I measured the lenght that the filament moved when I Press 100mm to move but it doesnt move constant. ..
I did 3 measures and all with diferent values like 89mm, 94mm and 82mm
So I made the average, changed the value in configuration.h and the cube dimentions increase 0.3mm in x and y (maybe over extruding) (I printed a 10x10mm cube)
Then I changed again for the default value and 10.05mm in x and y dimentions (perfect). Problem: the cube is not with sharp corners, see this link

How can I calibrate my printer so it can make sharp edges?
Can anyone help?

I think you should decrease the speed difference between inner and outer
