GT2560 Only work with USB plugged in

i recently bought a i3 Pro W but from the first run the LCD does not turn on, only the fans start spinning and a green led turn on on the board, the only way to get it working (and to get the printer working) is to connect the USB power (to a PC or a simply USB charger)

someone have a tip for fix the issue (i assume is something broken on the motherboard) and get the printer working standalone?

You should use multimeter test the voltage of mainboard in here:

Just tested, witouth USB power supply voltage here is just 1.65v
where is the issue?

It seems not enough power supply for the mainboard.You should test the voltage in power supply(normal is 12V) :

Voltage on both connector is 12.20v i assume is okay

It seems you need a new mainboard, contact related after-sale for help.
