Hi, I have built a Geeetech G2C Pro dual extruder from a kit. I have completed all the tests and checks and completed the calibration. I have run all the checks and all seems well with travel and the extruders when in manual mode from the Repatier Host control panel. I have used Slic3r Prusa Edition to produce the code for a test cube. Slic3r gave problems with the first layer Z value.
The printer warms up as expected and starts to print. The movements seem to be correct but no material is extruded. I have tested the extruder both by using the manual buttons and sending G code and the extruder works fine it's only when printing there is a problem.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried to set correct Retraction value?(Distance no more than 4MM)

I'm having what sounds like the same issue.

I can manually extrude, but not as part of printing from Slic3r.
