It's a resistive touchscreen, so if the screen is too tightly mounted, it may respond nothing.
Take off the side cover, then adjust the four screw.

Thanks for the response. I just unscrew the four screws and tried. But there was no success. I touched on some random points on the screen and some times it come up with some sub menus and just stopped. I have to switch off and start again.

Thank you. I removed the 4 screws and assembled it back.not very tight. I couldn't see much improvement . Contacted the manufacture. Waiting for their response.

Hello,
I have the same problem here.
I got my E180 in Dezember 2017 and used it severel times.
Yesterday the touchscreen worked. I started a print and during the print an error message "Display can not be calirated correctly" showed up.
And now I am not able to use the touchscreen display anymore.
The solution with the 4 screws did not help.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Is there any other possibilities to calibrate the print platform without using the touchscreen?
Best regards,
Maho
