Jammed extruder

Hello,
I would like to ask you, because I have problem with my extruder MK8. I am printing, when the PLA filament starts skipping between wheels. The extruder is jamming. If I set the temperature on 190°C it is worse, than I set temperature on 220°C. When I remove the filament, it has strange shape (see picture).
Do you know, how to fix this problem?
