New to the Geeetech products and hope my initial problems are not a sign of the future.
Just received A10 with 3d touch sensor, would have been nice if I was informed whilst buying that I needed an cable extension. I'm following the manual and when I open up the control box I find that my version of the GT2560 board is a v3.0 which is so different to the one in the manual Rev A+, I googled around and found reference to Rev B but is different as well.
Anyone have a wiring diagram for the V3.0 board because the sockets are not obvious like for like between the boards.
Thank you in advance for any assistance in this matter.

After further research I've found this YouTube clip.

Can anyone tell if this file for the firmware is legit before I download it?
There is a mention of BL touch reference but I can't find that,
Anyone with this knowledge?

Yes, this worked for me (beside a small bug fix for building it on Linux).

It's open source firmware.

Thank you Gerald and Gingko for the responses.
I'm in a bit of a bind now, So having taken apart the control box to wire in the 3D touch sensor and find a totally different board to the instructions that are sent out, I have seen that the newer A10 is meant to be a plug and play with the wiring going to the gantry head assembly. As per teh video on YouTube.
I now need a full wiring diagram to ensure my cables are back where they should be as when I try to home the printer it bogs off up the top and doesn't stop.
I've reflashed it back to 1.0.4 (what it came with) and the same happens there. I've re-upgraded to 1.8.4 arduino as one post says that is the only one that the newer firmware patches will compile and run. Same thing, so I'm assuming I've not wired it back together correctly.

You mean that when you home the printer, Z axis goes up?
What type of your board? Check the mark on it.

I've a GT2560 ver 3 board.
When I select auto home it moves up the Z axis and doesn't stop until I reset the printer.

Or is it the Y axis that goes up?
