Drivers
The printer cannot communicate with computer?
Check the USB serial chip at first:

Firmware
1.How to upload firmware?
You need to upload the firmware via Smartto Toolkit

2. How to change the motor direction in the firmware?

Motor
1.Motor’s non-action

3.The motor can move at one direction only
1)Check the wires of the endstop loose or not
2)You need to check the endstop work or not

3)Swap the a4988
LCD
1.If you find your LCD shows white only or abnormal,you need to reflash the LCD files

Extruder
1.Extruder does not work normally.(You need to check the temp of it is correct )
2.If you find the "Nozzle 0 temp",you can check the contact point of the nozzle.
You can use the soft cloth clean it
