Hi,

I've purchased a Wifi box and tried to register an account in the EasyPrint 3D app. I did not get the verification email and when I try to log in I'm getting a 'Mailbox unverified' error. I tried to reset my password and about that I got the verification email, but I still can't log in due to the same error. Tried also to PM the Geeetech folks on this forum to get help, but I did not get any response. Did someone encounter a similar issue recently and have you been able to solve it?

Report your bug to your email address:
technical@geeetech.com

You will only be able to do the next steps once they have solved the problem. Probably on Monday.

You can also try to bypass this error.
If you have a second email account in another domain, try registering from it.


If successful, write a message to support GT.

I know that they are in a different timezone. I have waited 3 days for an answer. I'll write to the technical@geeetech.com and see what happens. Thanks for the info.

Well, I've written an email to Geeetech. They first asked for my email address, then reset something in the database, and after re-registering I've got the verification e-mail. However it gives a verification link expired error, so I'm still unable to log in.

So the procedure has to be repeated ...

I've tried that, but it did not help. I've got the same verification link expired error. Now they have manually activated my account and it finally works.

I'm having the same error here. I tried re-registering meny times and I was not getting the verification email.
I finally got the email but the link takes to a page that says it has expired and you need to do it again.

Did you get it resolved?
