Jammed heating block

Hi
I got my A20M three days before and and today always jammed my extruder. I printed a part and after the sixt layer no filament was extruded anymore. Only with a lot of pressure with my hand I could shift filament throught the extruder. I could not understand that :/.
Has somebody the same problem or maybe a possible solution. Or know somebody where I can buy only the heating block?
