Hello, so I am new to owning a 3D printer and I may have chosen a tremendous project of my first printering being the A10M.
My printer out of the box could not even auto home as the x axis direction was opposite, but also after 3-4mm the x axis does not move and makes a sound with the belt not moving any more.
I have was able to change the x axis direction but cannot get the x-axis to move more then 3-4 mm from the right to the left where the stopper is.
Is this a firmware issue I can change or a mechanical issue? I have no experience in general so any links to posts or videos are also appreciated for the smaller details.

Also i think something important to say is that the extruder block cannot be moved by hand, I don't know if that is normal or not.

Thanks for the reply, I will try to change the drivers.
Also, I disabled steppers in the LCD menu and still was not able to move the x-axis carriage.
Also, I don't know if this is normal, but i can move the other two without disabling steppers also.
