firmware or motor?

hi there!
I'm having an issue with my A10M not retracting on one of the filaments,
upornia when using menu to
gotporn control motion also get fails to
xnxx retract
I can run it forward, but it will not run reverse.

What version of marlin are you running?
Does the other extruder extrude and retract as expected?
If you swap the two extruder stepper drivers, does this fix the first extruder but break the other extruder?
