A10M first turn on has killed my PC.....

Okay I literally just spent the entire evening setting up the A10M.
Plugged usb into pc, flipped the switch on my printer and my pc has died and will not power up at all.
Power is going through it as a lamp I have plugged into the pc via usb is showing some trickle of power but won’t turn on either.
I’m now going through all the usual steps, unplugging everything, checking cables and leads etc.
Has anyone else had this problem?

). Using the good ol' 'jump starting the PSU with a paper clip in the green and black pins' trick and I've found that the peripherals plugged into the PSU all run and power up, but when the psu is connected back to the mobo there's no life using that method or the 'test fire' button my PSU has.
