Bed says 107c when it is cold and it has been cut off

My a10 heated bed says 107c and only will get hot if I turn it up to 108 c have no clue just got it. Had 5 days now.

Hi，are you saying that the hotbed is heated to 108°? The temperature is a bit amazing.

No with the heat off it says it is 108 but the bed is cold I can turn bed to 110 and it will heat to 57c.why is it stuck on 108 when it's not on but bed is cold.

Hello.
This may indicate a problem in the measuring circuit of the thermistor.
I suggest you disconnect the thermistor and check the behavior of the system. If you have a multimeter you can measure whether there is a short circuit somewhere and whether the thermistor is working properly.
