I'm a new and over 70 and only be a user 7 days ago I bought an A10 until now I cannot set up my printer to print any things it is about the leveling, I decided to buy a 3D touch to install as seen on youtube and don't know how to, please help 123 firmware software ext.

Hi, For the leveling of the print,
you need to adjust the four corners of the print platform.

The distance between the reference nozzle and the hotbed
is the height at which a sheet of A4 paper can move normally.

Thank so much, but I try and try and cannot get the right point too high too low PLA stuck print about 3-5 layer and the model loose from the bed very very hard work 2-3 hours with the setting, look every Youtuber leveling the bed, I now kept the A10 and will try again after I fresh enough to start again.

Hi, This print result may show that you need to level the hotbed again.
