A10M not run

I turn on the power supply and the display does not start.
Look at the board and I only have one of the LEDs on exactly 12 VB.
As I can contact the technical service, the machine has 4 months

Hi, If you turn on the printer normally, there will be three lights on the motherboard.

If not, you may need to contact your sales representative to replace the motherboard.
