A20T bed temp' error

hi.
I contacted you by email but I have no answers here.
bed temperature rises. Only the display is fixed.
How can I apply for service if it is less than a month old?

Hi，You can try to remove the hot bed line from the motherboard, view the temperature display, -14 display, the motherboard is normal, you can measure the hot bed's thermistor.

The LCD shows 47 temperatures even after the bed temperature sensor is removed.

1. Bed temperature increase.
2. Temperature sensor resistance measurement - gradually decreases
* Temperature sensor normal
3. Temperature measurement failed when connected to the control board- 47 degrees display
* Judging by a control board error
4. I want to replace the control board
