Hello, I have a new A10 M for a week and I was happy with the printer work, but now it has an odd behavor, it stops ramdonly meanwhile printing. It´s like I press "pause print", in fact if I press "resume print" it continues printing without any problem but it´s very annoying because it can happen two or three times during a printing. Can anyone help me with this?

Obviously it shouldn't do that, so all you can do is troubleshoot.

How are you printing?, SD card or USB?

If your printing from SD, is there a computer attached via USB what shouldn't be doing anything?

Do you own a cat?

Is it especially dry? (static?)

Have you been adjusting the settings? (i'm pushing up my speed until things go wrong, where pausing might be a sign it has been pushed too far).

Do the temperatures remain constant? (if the head cools down, the machine will stop)

Does anything look strange in the print leading up to the problem? (an unlevel bed might cause a crash, which could pause the printer)

Is the general print quality good (bad print could indicate a loose belt or other hardware issues)
