Hi, you need to choose to download according to your model and motherboard corresponding type,
Then upload it using Arduino.

How do I know which to use? Here is the options from the link you provided above.

3) Firmware for Aluminum I3
For sanguinololu, you need to copy the folder named "sanguino" to the folder "hardware" of Arduino IDE.
The "sanguino" folder:
sanguino.zip

Download this file and unzip it and move it to the folder "hardware".

Then you can use the Arduino IDE 1.0.1 to upload the firmware as the link:

For the old aluminum i3(with printed extruder bracket and gear), use the firmware below:
