geeetech a10 update problems

Hi I have problems with my geetech a10 CH340 printer I tried to update the printer but after I did it on the printer screen everything disappeared and now I can not print anything no longer works nothing fail that I used but I have not solved anything I also tried to download from the site but nothing I could not do anything thanks
