Stepper motor install

My a30pro came with some different 4988s.

I installed 2208s for x, y, z0, & z1. I flipped the bottom plugs.

1- Did I do that right?
2 - What do I adjust the vref to?
3 - Why are some of the end stop wires backwards?
4 - Are there wiring diagrams for this motherboard?
5 - is there a parts list for this printer (motors, end stop, nozzle, fans, etc)?
