New printer and when I tried to update firmware to add BlTouch screen now has bars on it ?
Tried to flash firmware back with same problem.
Firmware all from Geeetech site (Hex files)
Board is a GT2560 v4.1b
Printer has only done i test print before this problem .

Any advice / Help would be great .

Hello, you can first check whether the cable is tightly tied.
Then connect the computer to the printer and see if you can control the printer through the computer to complete some basic operations, such as moving, heating, etc.
If it works, the screen needs to be replaced. If not, there is a problem with the motherboard. You can contact geeetech sales to replace the motherboard.

I have full control of printer via USB .
Have even sent print and had it print fine .

Just no screen .????
