I went into 'Control' menu to adj temp & Heating Failed came up so I reset & it showed -14 deg at the head.
Each time I try to print or set temp the same thing happens, can anyone help me.

You can change the "preheat PLA" temperature settings via the printer menu >control>temp>preheat PLA settings - don't forget to save changes. When I hit preheat PLA on my printer, then hit print on a file, the machine will heat to preheat PLA settings, then change temp to those set in slicer once the file is initiated.
