Difference Between Miyabi and shun knives

The main difference between Miyabi and Shun knives is that Miyabi edges are sharper, with a 9 to 12-degree angle per side vs Shun's 16 degrees per side. Furthermore, Miyabi blades are harder than Shun blades, which improves edge retention while making the blade brittle.

I prefer a CRKT knife which i got because it is much sharper than the shun knives you mentioned above.
