Same error using Arduino 1.0.1

I found your firmware but it will not upload to your Sanguinololu V1.3a board using Arduino 1.0.6.
I have set the proper board type and comm port.
It just gives the error:

No, I did not change anything with the firmware. I just assembled the unit and started it up.
That is when the module started smoking.
Nothing has worked from the beginning.

My Main board type is the Sanguinololu V1.3A assembled
