I have left my email as requested.
I found your firmware but it will not upload to your Sanguinololu V1.3a board using Arduino 1.0.6.
I have set the proper board type and comm port.
It just gives the error:
avrdude: stk500_getsync(): nit in sync: resp=0x00

You can try to upload with Arduino 1.0.1:
