Yes I have bang. That's how I got the bed etc calibrated. Nothing in it mentions calibrating the extruder etc.

I know it is not as simple as set up as per the manual and you are away, that's why I asked for advice

The spots for the SD Card slot and LCD slot are obvious, but what is not obvious is which one goes in which connector. They are both the same and it is identified on the PSB, but not on the back of the LDC/SD Card ...
