Thanks for sharing your experience with the mixing hot end. I want to try it as well, but it seems like go big or go home - 3 colors. :-)
How old was your filament?
I found that pulling apart my entire hot end, trimmer the stop on the extruder, getting everything lined up and tightened right fixed ...

I'm no expert-.-but I don't think the to material matters that much. Make sure it's clean though.

I have pretty much the same issue, motor skips. Turning you current helps, but not enough.

My nozzle quickly gave me real issues, took it out, saw black stuff in there - while using clear material. Under microscope, after I chipped some out, it was like hard ash or something? contaminants from manufacturing, or filament, I don't know.

I am almost certain you have the same problem I did - the extruder won't work below some high temperature - I think it's 160. It'll claim to work, but nope... It sits there doing nothing.

I get an error anytime it tries to save anything - access to path c:\Program Files(x86)\Geeetech\Easy Print\work\composition.obj' is denied, and I get a similar error for the other files it tries to save.
